Ingredients (3 Servings)
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. dried Herbes de Provence
- 1 clove of garlic
- 6 lamb chops (each weighing 100 g including bone)
- Sea salt (3 g)
- Freshly ground pepper

Directions
Crush the garlic into a paste and mix well with 2 tbsp. of olive oil and the herb. Coat the lamb chops with the mixture and leave to stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Heat one tbsp. of oil in a pan. Season the meat with a little salt and pepper. Place the chops in a pan and fry at high heat for approx. 2-3 minutes before turning them and frying the other side at high heat for approx. 2-3 minutes as well. Remove from the pan, put onto a plate which is covered with foil, leave to stand for 5 minutes and serve.
In this recipe, there are 2 chops per portion.
