- 2 teaspoons herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

- 1 chopped onion
- 2 roasted peppers
- 250 g pasta

Directions
Add olive oil to a nonstick skillet and heat. After mixing the onions with the eggs, place in skillet. Add the herbs and pepper. Let cook for a few minutes and turn the omelet. Spread the cream cheese and cook another 1 minute. Fold the omelet in half and serve immediately. Accompany with roasted peppers and pasta.
